MONTRÉAL—Quad/Graphics has announced it will be moving its headquarters to Sussex, Wisconsin as of December and closing Worldcolor's Montréal-based headquarters.

The closure will mean the loss of approximately 100 administration positions at the Worldcolor headquarters.

Quad/Graphics would confirm the closure of the Montréal Worldcolor headquarters but would not offer any additional details. The company finalized the purchase of Worldcolor earlier this year.
