MONTRÉAL—World Color Press has announced it has received court approval of its previously announced plan in which Quad/Graphics Inc. will acquire the company. The final order approving the plan under the Canada Business Corporations Act was granted yesterday in the Québec Superior Court. This clears the way for the deal to close by the week's end.
