SUSSEX, WIS. AND MONTRÉAL—Quad/Graphics Inc. and World Color Press Inc. recently announced that Quad/Graphics has been cleared to list its class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange.

Quad/Graphics anticipates the shares will begin trading on the NYSE on July 6, 2010 after the company acquires World Color Press. The purchase remains subject to customary closing conditions, including shareholder approvals and the receipt of a final order of the Québec Superior Court pursuant to the Canada Business Corporations Act, according to a press release.

World Color Press’s shareholder meeting is scheduled to take place on June 25. If all necessary approvals are obtained, it is expected the transaction will be completed on July 2.
