FujiFilm Stops Selling Two Inkjet Presses
EUROPE—
Fujifilm has stopped selling two inkjet presses from its European portfolio including its venerable B2 sheetfed Jet Press and a continuous feed device that was only launched here last summer. Fujifilm said “ongoing profitability issues” as the reason for withdrawing the Jet Press 750S and continuous feed Jet Press 1160CF from sale in Europe. The Jet Press 750S is the fourth generation of the device.
It prints simplex at up to 5,400sph, or 3,600sph in high quality mode. “Due to ongoing profitability issues, the decision has been made to withdraw from future sales of the Jet Press 750S and Jet Press 1160 in Europe, effective April 1, 2026. Fujifilm had informed customers that the Jet Press would be supported for three years from 1 April. Fujifilm also emphasized that the Jet Press FP790 for flexible packaging applications is unaffected by the changes and will continue to be sold in Europe. No word on if there will be any changes in North America.
