—  Pantone has launched a new colour intelligence and forecasting tool that integrates with its Pantone Connect system.The new Pantone Color Insider option is described as “an aesthetically provocative and culturally relevant colour centric trend service”. Pantone said the new tool would be updated with new data and content weekly.Its features include expert trend insights, colour education to guide colour usage, and a global colour data tool to inform designers about trending colours in different industries and cities. Pantone said Color Insider would build upon information gleaned over more than 25 years to become a resource for the creative community.Pantone Color Insider will help designers and the larger creative community have context on what is happening in the world of colour and actionable data to help with their colour decision-making from the start of a project to ensuring colour consistency and excellence at the end.
