Since the pandemic it has been a tight job market with position harder to fill. Ads run longer and take longer to fill. The more creative ads are filled faster.Just saying the basic job facts does not work as well.

Interesting statistics form 2023. Of the jobs posted the top 5 listed #1 was Sales at 21% , #2 Customer Service at 13% tied with Press Operator. #4 was Large Format Operator at 9% and #5 was Digital Press Operators at 6% of ads run.
