The transaction represents the 8th for Imperial Dade Canada . Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed. Superior SANY Solutions is a full-service janitorial supply distributor with offices in Ontario and Quebec .  Imperial Date formally Veritiv Canada is Canada's second largest paper merchant also sells janitorial and hygiene products print and foodservice packaging products. Unisource and Xepedex were renamed Veritiv when they merged in 2014.
