Hawk Eye’s functionality encompasses inspection, detection and correction simultaneously
 Hawk Eye uses cameras, printer system information and artificial intelligence to automate print quality control and cut setup time and waste. While the system examines the whole of a print job, its primary function is to identify bad nozzles during the printing process. Upon detection of a malfunctioning nozzle, it identifies the nozzle’s location and colour.

Communicating this information to the printer software, which compensates immediately for the deficient nozzle. Hawk Eye takes on the task of meticulously regulating the entire register of the press. All these capabilities work cohesively to minimise waste, streamline maintenance and setup procedures and enhance the operator's overall experience.
