BRAMPTON , ONTARIO—  DATA Communications Management  (“DCM”) announced the closing of its previously announced acquisition of the Canadian operations of R.R. Donnelley & Sons (“RRD Canada”) for a total cash purchase price of $130.8 million. With total sales around $520 million, this will make DCM the third largest printer in Canada .
