Max Solutions, Inc., a specialty packaging company launched in 2021, has announce the acquisition of the Ellis Group, Canada’s largest family owned and operated folding carton company. Founded more than 40 years ago, the Ellis Group currently operates three manufacturing facilities in Ontario.
