Cimpress Introduces A Four-and-Half Day Week
WINDSOR, ONTARIO—

 Cimpress (parent of Vistaprint ) has brought in a four-and-a-half day week at some of its operations via an initiative called Recharge Fridays.  This is in addition to their regular paid time off. Cimpress said that following positive feedback from staff. Eligible team members are able to take a half day off to spend time doing what they love the most –employees can spend their time doing whatever they want to recharge their batteries.

“Recharge Fridays are another step we’re taking to reach the ultimate work-life harmony for our teams.”They could either take the second half off or split their hours during the day. Plus Friday is a no-meeting day. Cimpress did not indicate which of its operations were involved.
