Capital Printers Sold To Xactly Design & Advertising

 Xactly Design & Advertising acquired Capital Printers after the company ran into financial trouble. The Ottawa printer made headlines several years ago when it produce T-shirts that raised more than $300,000 for the Ottawa Food Bank. Capital Printers was a screen printer that focused on printing apparel such as T-shirts and ball caps . Owner Will Kolanko approached Xactly  CEO Denis Sabourin  agreed to a deal that saw Xactly acquire Capital Printers’ office and equipment.

Once a company  with a staff of 20 , Capital Printers was down to fewer than half a dozen staff . Seeking a fresh start for the company, Sabourin renamed it Happy Branding. Two other local entrepreneurs – K6 Media founder Christian Lavergne and Ottawa Bookkeeping Solutions owner Denise Hutchinson – have also come on board as partners in a bid to help revive the company.
