DUSSELDORF, GERMANY—  Hewlett Packard (HP) has pulled from Drupa 2021” HP is Drupa’s biggest exhibitor. HP had originally planned to showcase its huge product portfolio by taking over all of the 8,300sqm Hall 17 at Drupa 2021.  Digital printing giants Ricoh and Canon have also pulled. Both firms were due to exhibit in Hall 8a, one of two so-called ‘digital halls’ at the north end of Drupa. EFI has  also withdraw from Drupa 2021 because of Covid-19. Other large major exhibitors have already pulled out such as Heidelberg, Fujifilm, Komori, Xerox, Kodak and Bobst. There are more expected withdrawals from the 2021 event. With whole halls being emptied .  Some industry players are urging  Drupa to protect its reputation and call off the live 2021 show. The next Drupa is scheduled  for 2024. Questions have been raised about all industry trade show for 2021 with most major insutry exhibitors saying they are not going in any  shows.
