Xerox's Largest Share Holder Being Sued
NEW YORK—
Some shareholder of Xerox are sueing activist investor Carl Icahn alleging that he bought HP Inc shares with the knowledge that Xerox was considering buying the stock at a premium. The Miami Firefighters Relief and Pension Fund filed has filed a lawsuit against Icahn and his investment company. Xerox after settling a law suite with Fujifilm appaers to be getting involved in more court problems again.
HP in November rejected Xerox’s $33.5 billion buyout bid, prompting the printer maker to make plans to go hostile. Carl Icahn owns 4,2% of HP and 11% of Xerox making him the companies largest shareholder.
