Manroland Sheetfed Looking for A Major Acquisition
GERMANY—
Manroland's parent company Langley Holdings is looking for acquisition to make more effective use of Manroland Sheetfed’s sales and manufacturing facilities after a fall in sales at the company. Manroland Sheetfed had recorded a record level of order for presses in the first quarter of 2018, orders dropped as the year went on.
The slowdown in China that had the biggest impact. Langley Holdings has a cash war chest , zero debt and access to further funding for acquisitions if needed. Manroland parent Langley Holdings has revealed that they had spent the first half of 2018 pursuing an acquisition that did not materialize.

Who cares? Maybe they should focus on your dwindling install base of manroland sheetfed. Then again its Langley buying or looking to buy.. Manroland is a skeleton of the once powerful machinery builder it once was
