Pazazz Printing Reorganizing
MONTREAL—
 
Pazazz Printing is  restucturing.  The $15 million a year commercial printer is going through reorganization with possibly  new owners and new management . The company started in 1992 has sheet fed and wide format equipment. No staff has been laid off and day to day operations have not been effected.

Pazazz has last year had sold off it's 54 inch KBA. Warren Werbitt founder and may  be staying on but not as President. The label operation which is a separate company has not been effected by the reorganization  of the commercial printing operation. Pazazz was listed by Graphic Monthly as Canada's 73rd largest printer and by Printing Impressions as North America's 270th largest printer.
