DIA to preview Drupa equipment at upcoming meeting
MISSISSAUGA—On Wednesday May 18, the Digital Imaging Association (DIA) will be presenting a Drupa 2016 preview of five major vendors set to attend this year’s conference. “Touch the Future” attendees will receive the opportunity to receive an overview of each vendor’s offerings.

Vendors presenting are:
  • Agfa will discuss a new range of technologies for ECO³ in prepress, UV-inkjet wide-format sign & display printers, smart packaging print applications and state-of-the-art ink portfolio.
  • Fuji - 3 Fuji specialists will walk you through the virtual Fuji DRUPA booth
  • Heidelberg - “Simply Smart” features new products focusing on the “Smart Print Shop”, “Smart Services” and supported by ”Smart Collaboration”. Featuring a NEW Digital Portfolio and many new Innovations in Sheetfed and Finishing
  • KBA will be showcasing innovative press concepts and production processes in sheetfed offset, digital and flexo printing, as well as finishing technology. KBA will also present additional consulting and service offerings as part of digital transformation as well as workflow solutions
  • Kodak will feature a number of new technologies including CtP speed and automation enhancements a new Process Free Plate, a new line of Pressroom Chemistries, the new NexPress SX3900 Digital Production Colour Press, NexPress White Dry Ink for the Fifth Imaging Unit as well as Prinergy’s new Cloud-Based Service, workflow enhancements, and introducing ULTRASTREAM, the next generation inkjet technology platform.
