Crawford Technologies celebrates 20 years
TORONTO—
 
Crawford Technologies, a provider of print-stream conversions, document re-engineering, archiving software solutions and more, is celebrating its 20th anniversary.

The company began as a basement start-up in 1995 and has since grown, becoming a global vendor with 1,800 customers in the customer communications management, enterprise content management and document accessibility markets.

“At the outset my vision was to build a company that would help organizations improve the way they communicate with their customers by integrating new technologies into their production processes,” Ernie Crawford, founder and CEO of Crawford Technologies, said. “I am proud we have achieved that goal over 1,800 times for our customers on the way to becoming an industry leader.” 




Over the past 10 years Crawford Technologies has experienced 1,200% growth and has been recognized by various organizations including Xplor International, Deloitte Technology Fast 500, Canadian Business, PProfit500 and Branham300. Customers include seven out of the 10 largest banks and 13 of the top 20 top insurance companies in America, as well as the five largest print service providers worldwide. Crawford Technologies currently has a Net Promoter Score of +61.
