J.F. Moore updates prepress platform
TORONTO—J.F. Moore Communications has upgraded its Prinect Printready System to the latest version of the Heidelberg software.
The upgrade uses a Dell Power Edge T620 server, and boasts 64-bit tech with a 2-terabyte, fully redundant and secure platform. "It simplifies what we do and has accelerated all prepress tasks," said premedia manager Dave Cochrane in a release. "Since the Prinect upgrade we are running much more efficiently from start to finish while maximizing our level of automation."
J.F. Moore provides print and digital media services, with marketing, design, digital imaging, colour management and premedia capabilities. It joined IPN Global (the International Printers Network) in 2011.
