Charterhouse Printing assets may be sold
LONDON, ONT.—Charterhouse Printing is still operating in a limited capacity, the receiver dealing with the case told PrintCAN. A process was put in place to go through a bid option for buyers and with auctioneers.

That process led to a letter of intent from a prospective buyer to buy the assets of the company and the due diligence process is currently under way. The deal should be concluded by next week.
