OTTAWA—Encouraging news for printing shipments. In February, for the first time since June 2010, printing shipments have recorded a monthly increase.  That's a happy development considering the January numbers were a bit disappointing, with the industry falling behind 5.7% in January 2011 according to Statistics Canada.
