Pollard Banknote expands its relationship with Arizona Lottery
WINNIPEG—Pollard Banknote has won a new five-year contract to handle instant ticket printing and production services for the Arizona Lottery. The contract begins in January 2010 and includes five one-year renewal options.
Winnipeg-based Pollard Banknote has been working with Arizona Lottery since 1999 on bingo, crossword and scratch games.
“The company prints some of our most successful games and has proven to be a very reliable and valuable partner,” said Jeff Hatch-Miller, executive director of Arizona Lottery, in a released statement.
At one time, the 102-year-old Pollard Banknote was primarily focused on the production of stamps, stocks and bonds, and government documents, but its current business derives almost exclusively from providing products and related services to lotteries, including instant tickets, break open/pull tab tickets, promotional games, pull tab vending machines, instant ticket vending machines, and lottery management services.
