Best Color has installed a Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 106-6+L press  for the  Packaging Market. Capable of producing 18,000 sheets per hour, the press features an elevation kit for taller stacks, is able to produce both conventional water based coating and UV printed jobs with high gloss UV coatings, thanks to a complete  IST UV system. “Push to Stop” technology features include: the Prinect PressCenter 2 console with Wallscreen XL interface.
Fully automated data is transferred into live work thanks to the AutoPlate Pro plate changing system, the Inpress Control spectral colour measurement and automatic register system, automated wash-ups.

Best Color Press  operates one of the few “trade-printers” in the Western part of Canada.  The larger multi-national packaging houses are not prominent in this area, and therefore, the opportunity to serve this market is available with Best Color ready to help.
Operating and serving the graphic arts market in Vancouver for 30 years, Best Color has grown steadily – now employing 60 people.
