MISSISSAUGA, ON—RP Graphics Group has purchased the Canadian Impact Imaging Corporation. "This acquisition is a tremendous coup for RP Graphics Group on several levels," said RP president Marc Fortier in a release.

Canadian Impact Imaging specializes in large-format digital on-demand printing. Its range of print and finishing equipment will round out RP Graphics' large-format digital offerings, and the staff's expertise will add creative capabilities, Fortier said. Overall, the purchase will help generate revenue for RP's sheetfed printing digital operations, he added.

RP Graphics acquired Data in Motion Marketing late last year. Following these deals, its combined offerings now include direct mail, in-house creative support, physical design, printing, and a range of finishing capabilities for large-format digital and point-of-purchase display.
